About the Role
- As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) to build and maintain high-performing digital solutions.
- Beyond coding, you’ll play a key role in shaping the entire software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & Optimize: Write clean, well-documented code that evolves with the platform.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
- Debug & Maintain: Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth platform performance.
- Review & Improve: Provide technical insights to optimize team output.
- Manage Projects: Oversee technical projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

What You Need
- 3+ years of MERN Stack development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Express.js, Redux, GraphQL, and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Leadership experience in scaling engineering teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
