Job Title: General Foreman, Yard and Concrete Production
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- As our General Foreman to oversee our Yard and Concrete Production operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain safety standards, and lead a team of skilled workers to achieve high-quality results.
- Manage the inventory of materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of operators, laborers, and subcontractors. Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, ensure all tools and equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition.
- Oversee the production of concrete, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete production and yard management.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of concrete production processes and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Net, Monthly.
