Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Biomedical Engineer for Critical Care

Responsibilities
- Equipment Repair: You will be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing critical care equipment, ensuring that they operate seamlessly to support healthcare professionals in saving lives.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with ventilators, anaesthesia machines, patient monitors and other critical care equipments, ensuring optimal functionality at all times.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement proactive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime, contributing to the uninterrupted flow of patient care.
- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of critical care equipment, empowering them to deliver high-quality care efficiently.
Additional Role
Service Revenue Support:
- In addition to your core responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in driving service revenues by:
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify service opportunities and expand our client base.
- Offering expert advice to clients on equipment upgrades, maintenance contracts, and service packages tailored to their needs.
- Ensuring timely completion of service requests and exceeding customer expectations to foster long-term relationships and recurring revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent degree from related field.
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Strong understanding of Critical Care equipment, including ventilators, anaesthesia machines, and patient monitors.
- Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Jeel to travel on field.
