Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Head, Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive growth through strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • As a Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels, managing our brand image, and contributing to the company website management.
  • He/she will be highly skilled and experienced in physical and digital marketing with the capability to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • He/she will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage digital marketing channels: Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.
  • Analyze and report on performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Develop and execute physical marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive physical marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement, including event planning, trade show management, and print advertising.
  • Manage physical marketing materials: Oversee the development and distribution of physical marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and business cards.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines: Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Manage brand image: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand image and values.
  • Website and software development and management: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the company website is aligned with the company’s brand image and marketing strategies.
  • Manage website content: Oversee the development and publication of website content, including blog posts, news articles, and product descriptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot, is preferred.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau, is preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in driving business growth through marketing campaigns and impressive online presence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform future strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
