Responsibilities
As Growth Lead, you will:
- Craft and execute a data-driven country strategy that establishes nsave as a leading fintech in Nigeria, ensuring our presence resonates with local customers.
- Own user acquisition strategies, including paid media campaigns, referral programs, and customer conversion funnels. Proactively optimize retention and ROI while identifying insights that drive growth.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot and solve challenges that impact conversion rates and user experience.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to derive insights, track performance, and make data-backed decisions that fuel growth.
- Track KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing strategic recommendations to enhance our growth strategies and position us as leaders in the market.
- Communicate insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions shape the future of nsave in Nigeria.
Requirements

- Prior experience in a growth-focused role within marketing, fintech, or a similar industry.
- Expertise in digital marketing metrics and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business results.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
