Job Description
- Our client is seeking to hire a Head of Corporate Resources to manage corporate affairs, and oversee the operations of human resources, administrative assets and facilities.
- The ideal role holder will be responsible for developing and managing strategies that govern daily corporate activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage the Bank’s Corporate Communication strategies and reputation.
- Manage the Bank’s Corporate Image.
- Provide direct oversight leadership for the Head of HR/Admin
- Other duties may be assigned by the Managing Director or the Board of Directors.
Person Specification
- HND/ B.Sc. Degree in Social Sciences or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years work experience with at least 5 years spent in a related senior management position
- Post-graduate qualification and a relevant Master’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Good working knowledge of real estate and mortgage industry practices, both in Nigeria and globally.
Salary
N11,500,000 Annually.
