Job Description

- As Head, Sales & Marketing, you’ll lead our commercial strategy, blending creativity and data-driven insight to grow revenue, strengthen our brand, and expand our impact.
- You will develop and execute winning sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead revenue growth initiatives — from lead generation to conversion and retention.
- This is a hybrid leadership role – 40% Office / 60% Virtual offering flexibility and autonomy while working closely with the Executive Team.
Requirements
- MBA or advanced Business Degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing leadership (preferably ICT, Consumer Goods, or Financial Services).
- Proven success in driving growth and building strong commercial teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing, business development, and strategic planning.
- A dynamic communicator with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
