Job Summary
- We are recruiting on behalf of our client a dynamic investment company in Lagos, committed to delivering top-tier financial solutions and wealth creation opportunities.
- We are seeking a high-performing Head of Sales to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base of our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for peak performance.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the investment space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, reporting, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in investment, finance, or related sectors.
- Strong network of potential investors and corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
