Job Title: Head, Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Manage client relationships from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and promote marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and site inspections.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 4 years of work experience.
- Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of property market trends and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
