Job Title: Health Record Officer
Location: Alaguntan Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Creating, updating, and maintaining patient health records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Filing and organizing physical and electronic records for easy retrieval.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, statistics, and audits using health records data.
- Assisting patients with accessing their medical records, ensuring they understand their rights.
- Supervising the work of health records clerks or other support staff.
Requirements
- Qualification: OND qualification.
- 2 years work experience.
- Experience: Previous experience working with health records or in a hospital setting.
Salary
N60,000 monthly.
