Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive

Location:ย Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • Responsible for driving hotel revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting rooms, events, and F&B services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business opportunities (corporate, MICE, weddings, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Conduct sales calls, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns and represent the hotel at industry events.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or banking.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
