Job Title: HR and Admin Manager

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 am – 6 pm; Saturday: 9 am – 4 pm

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational and strategic activities of the business.
  • Overseeing human resource planning, strategy development, policy development and implementation.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements at all times.
  • Managing employee performance and /employee relations
  • Managing recruitment, and selection processes.
  • Developing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Ensuring employees operate to the highest standards and best practices.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Developing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Result-driven and can deliver on goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Salary

  • N100,000 monthly
