Job Title: HR and Admin Manager
Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 am – 6 pm; Saturday: 9 am – 4 pm
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational and strategic activities of the business.
- Overseeing human resource planning, strategy development, policy development and implementation.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements at all times.
- Managing employee performance and /employee relations
- Managing recruitment, and selection processes.
- Developing and implementing training and development programs.
- Ensuring employees operate to the highest standards and best practices.
- Creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Developing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Result-driven and can deliver on goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Salary
- N100,000 monthly
