Job Title: HR Lead

Job Summary
- We’re looking to hire an HR Lead in Awka, Anambra State. This role involves overseeing production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and update HR documents, including employee handbooks, policies, job descriptions, and contracts.
- Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, job roles, and payroll details.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting initial training and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Handle general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the directors and expatriates.
- Assist in implementing HR software and office technologies to improve efficiency.
- Process and respond to employee requests, including leave applications and inquiries
- regarding HR policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive company information.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
- Experience managing expatriate processes and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
