Job Overview
- Our client is looking to hire a HR Manager that will oversee all human resource functions and compliance within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Handle payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution, and training programs.
- Only candidates with HR Certifications will be considered.
- Experience in workforce planning and seasonal hiring strategies.
Salary
N450,000 Monthly.
