Job Title: Human Resources Executive

About the Job
- We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Executive to lead our Talent Management Team and drive our people strategy and support our growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR Team to achieve organizational objectives
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and programs
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development
- Foster positive employee relations and culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies for growth and development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary
N80,000 / Month + benefits.
