Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- 5 years Proven experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with diverse recruitment strategies and talent acquisition methods.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 gross per month.
