Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research related to HR policies, compliance, and employment laws.
- Support the HR team in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and agreements.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and updated employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in the resolution of employee relations issues with a legal perspective.
- Support HR initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and legal principles.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
