Job Title: Human Resources Person

Location: Abakaliki, Ebonyi

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring that the company’s HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment and promote employee engagement.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

HR Data Management:

  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

Qualifications

  • Certification on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflict.
