Job Description
- We are seeking young, talented and innovative persons to join our team as ICT Business Continuity Assistants in several states of the country.
Specific Responsibilities
- Under the direct supervision of the ICT Lead, the ICT Assistant will be embedded in organisations and provide technical support to the implementation of the ICT programs.
The ICT Assistant is expected to perform the following tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for support and response to the State entities, agencies and health facilities.
- Support in the implementation of the ICT work plan.
- Provide rapid response on troubleshooting and issues.
- Support performance of functional tasks on the ICT platforms.
- Participate in routine data cleaning and software maintenance.
- Support field testing of current updates and new applications.
- Support hard ware maintenance where applicable.
- Learn and contribute to software development processes
- Support new business development ventures.
- Carry out occasional travel to surrounding states and FCT.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc / HND in ICT or Marketing related field.
- Not more than 2 years post NYSC.
- Proficiency in use of computer and any programming language will be an added advantage.
- Experience in working in a marketing role will be an asset.
- Must be based in the state of application.
Salary Gross
N150,000.00 / month.
