ABOUT THE ROLE;
We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an Internal Communication and Marketing Fellow. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, event management, and possess excellent communication skills.
More specifically your role will include:
1. Internal Communication:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
- Create engaging content for internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication platforms.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely dissemination of internal communications.
- Capture and create compelling visual content for internal communication purposes.
2. Community Management:
- Manage and nurture the internal community.
- Identify opportunities to celebrate achievements, milestones, and employee successes within the organization.
3. Event Management:
- Assist and coordinate events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Evaluate the success of events and implement improvements for future initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in internal communications, marketing, or event management.
- Proficiency in creating visual content using mobile devices.
- Familiarity with phone-based applications for editing multimedia content.
- A keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
