Job Description
- We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Internal Control Officers to support the Internal Control Manager in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our hotel operations.
- The ideal candidates should have a solid background in accounts or auditing and have worked in a similar role within the hotel industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing internal processes to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct routine checks and audits on financial records and hotel operations
- Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to enhance internal controls
- Support the preparation of audit reports and assist in resolving audit findings
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
- Assist in staff training on compliance and internal control processes.
Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of experience in accounts, auditing, or a similar internal control role within the hotel industry
- Must reside in Abuja
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
