Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Job Summary
- As an Information Technology Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. You will identify their IT needs, present solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Your role will involve working closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within assigned territories or industries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients’ IT needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Solution Presentation and Demonstration:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT solutions.
- Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solution demonstrations.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Preferably a female candidate for gender balance
