Job Title: Junior Account Officer

Description
- The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting financial operations and ensuring the smooth execution of accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure they are classified correctly.
Invoice Processing:
- Generate and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
Expense Management:
- Support the tracking and management of company expenses.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing expense reports.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
Assist in Financial Reporting:
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for management.
- Assist in analyzing financial data and providing insights.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to gather financial information.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Currently attending ICAN classes or similar professional accounting qualifications.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
