Job Title: Junior Facility Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and determined facility officer who is able to manage a small size residential estate and assist the senior facility officer.
- You will be responsible for the efficient use and maintenance of all equipment in the estate premises.
- A good knowledge of plumbing/Electrical Electronics repair/ AC repair is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the estate environment is kept clean at all times
- Attend to residence complaints and issues from their apartments, get them resolved or escalate to the appropriate quarters as soon as possible.
- Ensure that all equipment on the facility such as electricity, water, and AC are in good work condition.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification
- 2 years of relevant work experience
Salary
N80,000 / Month.
