Job Title: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assisting chefs by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients, as well as assembling dishes.
- Cleaning: Keeping work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized, including washing dishes and maintaining food storage areas.
- Stock Management: Assisting in inventory management by restocking supplies and checking for expiration dates.
- Assisting with Cooking: Helping with basic cooking tasks and ensuring dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
- A commitment to food safety and sanitation practices.
Salary
N70,000 / Month.
