Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Performance Specialist to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, a deep understanding of performance improvement strategies, and the ability to drive a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Implement performance management systems and tools to monitor and enhance employee performance.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their performance goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 -7 years experience as a Learning and Performance Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 monthly
