Job Title: Machinist / Fitter

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Machinist / Fitter to manufacture precision parts by interpreting engineering drawings, setting up and operating machines (such as lathes, milling machines, CNC machines), and ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Set up and operate machines to produce components to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Maintain machines, performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting issues.
- Work closely with engineers and production supervisors to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production quality, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical Diploma, OND, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in machining or precision manufacturing.
