Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Overview
- Our client is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager that will ensure the upkeep and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and daily operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Oversee Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Manage maintenance budgets and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Handle emergency repairs and maintenance requests.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hotel maintenance.
- Technical expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with homemaintenance, kitchen equipment upkeep, and laundry system servicing.
- Ability to maintain backup power systems (generators, UPS) and fire suppression systems.
Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
