Job Summary
- We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Marketers to join our team at a Microfinance Bank (MFB).
- The Marketer will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships, and increasing deposits and sales within their assigned geographical markets.
- The ideal candidate will have a financial marketing background, a track record in banking, and experience working in dynamic market environments such as Oke Arin, Balogun, Aspanda, and other key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and build strong relationships to promote the bank’s products, focusing on deposit mobilization and loan products in key markets like Oke Arin, Balogun, and Aspanda.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing local marketing strategies tailored to traders and businesses in the assigned market.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to ensure seamless customer service and support post-sales client retention efforts.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:- At least 2 years of experience in financial marketing or banking roles, preferably with experience working in market-facing positions.
- Previous experience working with microfinance banks or financial institutions in similar roles is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of clients.
- Proven ability to generate business and meet sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the financial services sector, particularly deposit mobilization and loan marketing.
- Familiarity with working in major markets like Oke Arin, Balogun, Aspanda, or similar business environments.

Salary
