Job Description
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings.
- Create compelling content, including property descriptions, visuals, and videos.
- Manage social media platforms and online advertising campaigns to generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Organize and participate in property events and exhibitions.
- Identify target markets and potential buyer segments to maximize outreach and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including online advertising, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Engage in effective sales negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes and secure sales contracts.

- Keep accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
- Any other task as given by management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.
- Experience with sales and marketing.
- Good knowledge of the area and local property.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
