Job Title: Marketer

Locations: Asaba – Delta and Lekki – Lagos

Salary: N120,000 monthly.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for dynamic and results-driven marketers to help us expand our client base, promote our properties, and drive sales growth. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and representing our company in a professional manner.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings.
  • Create compelling content, including property descriptions, visuals, and videos.
  • Manage social media platforms and online advertising campaigns to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in property events and exhibitions.
  • Identify target markets and potential buyer segments to maximize outreach and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including online advertising, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Engage in effective sales negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes and secure sales contracts.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
  • Keep accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
  • Any other task as given by management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.
  • Experience with sales and marketing.
  • Good knowledge of the area and local property.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
