Job Title: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase demand generation.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
- Oversee product management activities, including product launches, lifecycle management, and market positioning.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Utilize data analytics tools, including Excel, to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
- Handle objections and feedback from customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Licensed pharmacist with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, particularly vitamins and supplements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, product manager or brand manager role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in demand generation, product management, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and developing team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred.
Salary
N500,000 – N550,000 / month.
