Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Director of Marketing

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company’s marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Analytic and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or , Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing planning, copy writing, brand management with a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytic, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creativity and an eye for design, with experience in content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced certifications in digital marketing or related fields.

Salary

  • N150,000 – N250,000 monthly
