Job Description
- Develop and manage social media content and strategies while working with team members.
- Build and Strengthen relationships with social media influencers.
- Engaging with followers.
- Monitoring media analytics and insights.
- Community engagement.
- Define the most important social media KPIs and develop social media campaigns.
- Directing the company’s media projects.
- Implement video editing and sound effect sourcing.
- Project and enhance the company’s media performance analysis.
- Reporting metrics to key stakeholders and management.
- Manage and optimize our social media presence across platforms.
Key Requirements
- Education: OND / HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline or field.
- Years of experience: Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in Media management.
Demonstrated Competencies:
- Candidate should have an understanding of the real estate industry, its media needs and social media platforms.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Experience in video and picture editing.
- Proficient in handling social media pages in a professional manner.
- Proper placement of Ads, campaign and follower management strategies.
Computer / Other Tech Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge in Video Editing software and Microsoft Office Suites.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent presentation and organisation skills
- Effective communication; proficiency in English language-spoken and written.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage media productions
- Keen attention to details.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
