Job Title: National Operations Manager (Cleaning & Facility Management)
Location: Lagos

Description:
- An experienced maintenance engineer or facility manager is required as national operations manager for cleaning and facility management services at client locations across the country
- Industrial Cleaning Operations – supervise all cleaning, pest control, gardening, laundry and other soft services provided by the soft services division for its clients
- Facility Management Operations – Plan, Design, Implement all preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for all power systems, mechanical, electrical, civil, plumbing, WTP, STP, HVAC, Lifts etc across client locations
- Technical Services – Maintenance of company assets
- Projects and Projects Management
- Business Development
Salary:
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
