The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Headquarters is comprised of seven staff branches that formulate policies. The current seven staff branches are Policy and Plans, Training and Operations, Aircraft Engineering, Logistics and Communications, Administration, Standards and Evaluations, and Air Secretary.
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has commenced the Basic Military Training Course (45/2024) for cadets in various professions.
The Nigerian Air Force Recruitment portal consists of vacant positions for Nigerians with a minimum of HND/BSc. Nigerians are advised to submit their applications appropriately before the deadline.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Applicants applying for these trade skills must possess trade test certificates and a minimum of 2 passes in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with a credit in English Language.
Guidelines:

- Applicants are to print out the following documents after completing the online application:
- Acknowledgment Form
- Parent/Guardian Consent Form
- Local Government Attestation Form
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth and possess a National Identity Card/NIN or BVN.
- Applicants must not be less than 1.66m height for males and 1.63m height for females.
- Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit.
- Applicants must be free of any previous convictions on criminal grounds, as determined by a court of law.
- Non-Tradesmen/women:
- Age: 18-22 years
- Qualifications: Minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB
- Tradesmen/women:
- Age: 18-25 years (18-28 for Chaplain/Imam assistant and Drivers/Mechanic)
- Qualifications:
- Applicants applying for professions allied to medicine must possess ND from recognized training institutions in Nigeria and a valid practicing license.
- Applicants applying as sportsmen/women must present evidence of their experience, including certificates and medals.
Note:
Online Registration starts on 21 August 2024 and closes on 2 October 2024.
Zonal Recruitment General Aptitude Test will be held on 8 October 2024.
Nigerian Air Force Online Registration and all other Recruitment processes are FREE OF CHARGE.
The Attestation Form must be accompanied by the passport photograph and photocopy of the signee’s Driver’s License, International Passport, or National ID Card. The signee is also to authenticate the passport photograph of the applicant.
