Job Summary
- Our Client is seeking a proactive and organised Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in their office environment.
- The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as ensuring the office premises is organised, swept, tidy, and presentable.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
- Assist in organising and archiving office documents and records.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- SSCE / OND / NCE
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Must be Computer Literate
- Preferred delegate location: Ikeja and environs
- Proximity to location is an added advantage.
Remuneration
- N50,000 monthly.
