Job Summary

  • Our Client is seeking a proactive and organised Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in their office environment.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as ensuring the office premises is organised, swept, tidy, and presentable.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
  • Assist in organising and archiving office documents and records.
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • SSCE / OND / NCE
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Preferred delegate location: Ikeja and environs
  • Proximity to location is an added advantage.

Remuneration

  • N50,000 monthly.
