Job Overview
- We are hiring Onboarding Managers to oversee the smooth integration of new clients, partners, and employees.
- The ideal candidates will have strong people management skills and an excellent understanding of onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute onboarding strategies.
- Manage onboarding processes for employees, clients, or vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Track and report onboarding progress and feedback.
- Work closely with operations teams for seamless onboarding experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an onboarding or HR role.
- Strong communication and process management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
- Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or service-based industries is an advantage.
Salary
N300,000 / Month.
