Job Title: Operation Executive

Job Responsibilites
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Provision of client support on shipment enquiries.
- Proper documentation of shipment details and dissemination of quote to client.
- Track and update shipment records.
- Proper handling of shipment documents and filling as required.
- Update and maintain all operational data.
- Strategizing how team can be more efficient in carrying out assigned duties.
- Consistent follow up shipment to ensure excellent service delivery.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
