Job Summary
- We are hiring an Operations Assistant to work directly with the Operations Manager in a fast-paced Oil & Gas / Construction company. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a long-term career in the industry.
Job Description
- Support the Operations Manager in daily tasks, project supervision, and site coordination
- Monitor and report on ongoing operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards
- Assist in organizing logistics, materials, and equipment for site activities
- Coordinate with field workers and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain records, generate reports, and assist with administrative tasks
- Drive to and from project sites as needed
- Run field errands and support hands-on operational tasks
- Attend meetings and provide operational updates as required
- Identify and escalate operational challenges promptly and propose solutions
- Assist with maintenance scheduling and monitoring of equipment performance
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Age: 25 – 30 years
- Must know how to drive a car and should possess a valid driver’s license
- Also, the ability to drive a motorcycle or willingness to learn is an added advantage
- Must be agile, solution-driven, and quick to learn
- Open to travel and passionate about building a career in the Oil & Gas / Construction industry
- Must be ready and available to resume immediately
Monthly Salary
N150,000 per month.
