Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary
- As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing the loan application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the company’s strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze operational performance reports, including loan processing metrics, customer satisfaction data, and financial performance indicators.
- Assist in preparing and managing the operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business goals.
- Drive automation efforts and adopt technology that will improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all loan applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within a financial institution
- In-depth understanding of loan processes, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
