Job Summary

Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the academy and other business units to ensure seamless functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
Setting Up New Locations:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the setup of new academy and office locations across various states.
- Identify and secure suitable sites, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Oversee space planning, design, and outfitting of workspaces, including furniture, equipment, and IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, permits, and safety standards during the setup process.
Vendor and Resource Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure quality services and negotiate favorable terms.
- Evaluate vendor performance and address any issues to ensure service excellence.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of operational initiatives.
Travel and On-Site Supervision:
- Travel to various locations as required to oversee the establishment of new sites and manage ongoing operations.
- Conduct on-site inspections and ensure all operational standards are met.
Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Insightful and proactive, with the ability to anticipate and address operational needs.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, workspace design, and vendor management.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel frequently to various locations as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards is a plus.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly (Gross).
