Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Managing and motivating staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring adherence to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Maintaining inventory and supplies.
- Overseeing purchases and ensuring good quality of products
- Enforcing health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to meet operational targets and financial goals.
- Age: 35 – 45 years.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 / month.
