Job Summary
- As our Partnership Manager, you will be pivotal in building and nurturing strategic partnerships that enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to integrate partner offerings seamlessly. Ensure that all partnerships adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including financial advisors, wealth managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the institution’s goals.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for tailored solutions and cross-selling services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover potential partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services with a focus on partnership management.
- In-depth knowledge of private banking products and services.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
