Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to handle day-to-day tasks and help execute our social media strategy for Charles and Alyssa Forever. This is a part-time role focused on small, specific tasks aimed at growing our engagement and reach. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and have a knack for managing social media, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and creating interactive content (polls, Q&As, etc.).
- Assist in brainstorming and developing new content ideas that align with the Charles and Alyssa Forever brand.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Report on performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for content creators or similar brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of current trends in the YouTube couple niche or similar genres.
- Previous experience working with YouTube channels or influencers.
