Job Summary: The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and organization of tasks. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of events and projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all assigned tasks.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in any relevant field.
- Professional certification in office management or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of English.
