Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use
of time and resources.
∙Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing
and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
∙Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
∙Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
∙Assist in travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and
preparing itineraries.
∙Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports as requested by the CEO to support decision-
making and planning.
∙Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of priorities and deadlines with the CEO’s
objectives.
∙Provide administrative support, such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management, to facilitate
the CEO’s workflow.
∙Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address issues to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
The Personal Assistant to the CEO contributes to the company’s mission by:
∙Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
∙1-2 years proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
∙Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines.
∙Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous
demeanor.
∙Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documentation.
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
∙Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
