Job Description
- We are looking to hire a dedicated and skilled personal chef to prepare meals according to preferences and dietary needs.
Responsibilities
- Conferring with employer to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
- Preparing customized meal plans for employer based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
- Shopping for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
- Inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
- Preparing meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
- Appropriately packaging and labelling prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date.
Qualifications
- SSCE, OND or BSc.
- Certification in catering
- Good communication skills
- Hygienic and well kempt
- At least 2 years proven experience as a chef/cook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good Knowledge of health and safety especially in the kitchen.
- Must stay in Lekki or its environs
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
