Job Description

  • Our client, a Business Technology Solutions company, is looking to hire a result-driven Presales Officer in Lagos to join their fast-growing team.
  • As a Presales Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective presales strategies and client engagement.
  • You will contribute to the success of the sales team by meeting targets, identifying business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Sales Performance:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective presales techniques.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to the team based on thorough market analysis.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and sustain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare regular presales reports, including performance metrics, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development.
  • Provide input to enhance presales strategies and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful presales or sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of presales and sales principles and techniques.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 / Month (Net) + commission
