- Our client, a Business Technology Solutions company, is looking to hire a result-driven Presales Officer in Lagos to join their fast-growing team.
- As a Presales Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective presales strategies and client engagement.
- You will contribute to the success of the sales team by meeting targets, identifying business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Sales Performance:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective presales techniques.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the team based on thorough market analysis.
Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture and sustain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare regular presales reports, including performance metrics, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development.
- Provide input to enhance presales strategies and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and presales skills.
Adherence to Presales Processes:
- Follow established presales processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance and optimize presales processes.
Role Alignment with Organisation’s Goal:
The Presales Officer contributes to the company’s mission by:
- Driving revenue growth through successful presales strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful presales or sales experience.
- Strong understanding of presales and sales principles and techniques.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and presales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 / Month (Net) + commission
