Summary
- The School Principal is responsible for the overall administration and leadership of a school, ensuring the academic success and well-being of students, staff, and the school community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the school, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and student discipline.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community members to promote student achievement and school success.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to support the school’s educational programs and initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members to promote professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. in Education
- Previous experience in education administration or leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve effectively
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.
Requirement
- State – issued Principal License or certification in Education.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
