Job Summary
- Responsible for the purchasing of goods and services, and for managing the supply chain to ensure the organization has the resources it needs.
Their responsibilities include:
- Sourcing: Identifying potential suppliers, and initiating partnerships with them
- Negotiating: Negotiating contracts with suppliers to get the best prices and terms
- Managing relationships: Managing supplier relationships to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met
- Inventory: Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure there are enough supplies
- Purchasing: Approving the ordering of goods and services, and finalizing purchase details
- Tracking: Tracking and reporting key metrics to reduce expenses
- Risk management: Performing risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Cost control: Controlling spend and building a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
- Must have minimum of 4 years of experience in retail or supermarket industry
- Must live within Ifako Ijaiye, Sango Ota and its environs
- Must be ready to resume in December 2024.
Salary
N170,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
